Due to the nature of freight-shipped, professionally manufactured equipment, products cannot be returned once production, preparation, or shipping has begun.

Return eligibility, where applicable, is determined by the supplier and the condition of the equipment upon delivery.

Returns are not offered for change of mind.

A return may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Verified freight damage upon delivery

If equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify Ascend Supply Co within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos or video documentation

  • Retain all original packaging and materials


Resolution Options

Depending on supplier policy, resolution may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair coordination

  • Supplier warranty claim

  • Freight claim with the carrier

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier approval.
