At Ascend Supply Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we specialize in premium wellness, recovery, and performance equipment. Due to the nature of large-format, freight-shipped, and/or made-to-order products, shipping timelines and fulfillment processes vary by manufacturer and product type.

This Shipping Policy outlines shipping terms, estimated timelines, and responsibilities related to deliveries made through luxurywellnessrecovery.com.


 

2. Shipping Destinations

Countries We Ship To:

  • United States (primary market)

 

International Orders:

  • International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Additional customs documentation, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


 

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free shipping is included on all equipment orders.

 

International Shipping

  • International shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


 

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Large equipment orders may require additional confirmation, manufacturing scheduling, or logistics coordination before shipment.

 

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


 

5. Estimated Delivery Time (By Manufacturer)

Because we work with multiple manufacturers, delivery timelines vary by brand:

 

Body Balance Systems

  • Shipping: Free shipping included

  • Estimated Shipping & Handling Time: 3–6 weeks from order confirmation

 

Aquarmony (Float Tanks & Enclosures)

  • Shipping: Included

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • East Coast: ~3–5 weeks

    • West Coast: ~4–6 weeks

     

  • Installation scheduling (when applicable) is coordinated directly between the manufacturer and the end customer.

 

Vacuactivus

  • Shipping: Included

  • Estimated Timeline:

    • Freight dispatch: 10–14 business days after processing

    • Total delivery time: up to 30–40 days from order to delivery (depending on manufacturing, freight, and carrier scheduling)

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules and production queues

  • Freight carrier availability and routing

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

  • Weather conditions

  • Port, warehouse, or logistics delays

  • Installation scheduling (when applicable)

 


 

6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Carriers Used

  • Freight carriers for large equipment

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx for smaller accessories (if applicable)

 

Tracking & Coordination

Tracking information or delivery coordination details will be provided once the order ships or freight is scheduled.

Large equipment deliveries may require:

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Dock access or liftgate services

  • Adequate space for delivery and unloading

  • Customer availability for delivery acceptance

Important: Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access and readiness. Extra carrier charges caused by lack of access (missed appointments, limited access, redelivery, storage, liftgate, etc.) may be billed to the customer.


 

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive:

  • Tracking number (if applicable)

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery window

  • Freight coordination instructions (for large equipment)

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed Shipments

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can coordinate directly with the manufacturer or carrier.

 

8.2 Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Do not discard packaging until instructed

We will assist in coordinating repairs, replacement, or claims where applicable.

Body Balance Systems Freight Damage: If a Body Balance Systems unit arrives with freight damage, Ascend Supply Co will handle the freight claim directly with the carrier on your behalf. You or your client must notify us promptly with photos and a description so we can begin the claims process.


 

9. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and details

We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.


 

10. Returns & Refunds (Large Equipment)

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and freight nature of large wellness equipment:

  • Most large equipment sales are final

  • Returns may not be accepted once manufacturing, preparation, or shipping has begun

  • Any approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return freight costs, and/or manufacturer policies

11. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a shipment is returned or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or delivery information:

  • Additional shipping or freight charges may apply

  • Delivery timelines may be impacted


 

12. International Customs & Duties

  • Customs clearance may delay international shipments

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs policies vary by country
